• To those who believe the 16th amendment is the law telling me that I have to pay an income tax has no damn clue how this country works.
• An amendment just gives them the power to enforce the income tax laws. If it’s not enforced, then this amendment power means nothing.
• Congress must pass a law to implement the 16th amendment.
• Congress legislates (make or enact laws). They have the POWER to enforce the 16th amendment. They have to legislate (make or enact laws), or this POWER means nothing.
• The 16th amendment states, “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”
• Here’s the problem, THEY NEVER PASSED A LAW TO ENFORCE THIS AMENDMENT.
• So, who made up the so-called law telling you that you must pay an income tax? The Commisioner of the Internal Revenue Service wrote it into the regulations. That my friends is not law and never has been law. Only CONGRESS has the power to legislate laws.
• If you don’t understand what I just said in plain English, well, it just reminds me how far they have removed our understanding of how this country works, in comparison to the people who gave their lives in 1776 for our freedom, of whom had a far better understanding than you, regarding our system, and how it operates.

Many of us have heard the phrase, “See you in Hell !!!”  … Well, I’m happy to say, I won’t be there.  It’s not a place where I want to go, much less wish it on anyone.  Originally, Hell was designed for the Angels that fell from their position in the Universe God (Our Father) had created.  But somewhere in this physical realm, we were advertised that following after Lucifer’s short-cuts would give us the ability to become as God, our Father.  Lucifer was cunning and knew the plan our Father had for us, but learning the ropes for us would be a long path to become as our Father in Heaven.  Thereby Lucifer twisted the “tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil” … the Tree itself was neither good or evil, but what we make of it.  Electricity in its raw form can be dangerous, or it can be useful.  The knowledge of it allows it to be used as good or for evil purpose.  Just as the power of steam.  In its own right, it can be used to power and create or power it to destroy.  It is the knowledge of Good and Evil.  And Adam and Eve were still in their infancy at the time to fully comprehend the true nature of the Tree.

Since we, the human race, wanted to get to being as gods on our own, we lost our ability to be in the glorified body God our Father had intended for us to be.  And thus, after taking the poison into our body, we started to decay and destined to die.  But the Gift of God is eternal life through His Son, Yeshua.  He was our escape clause to NOT be cast away into Hell where Lucifer and his fallen Angels would end up.
